As I make my busy bags, I've been on the look-out for "free or cheap-freap" thing that I can use so that I can stretch my $10 a week farther.
One thing that I've hit upon is saving my cardboard boxes, such as cereal boxes, then cutting them open and using them for painting activities.
They are thicker than paper, so the paint and such won't bleed through. They are free, because you already paid for the cereal or whatever, and, best of all, it's environmentally friendly!!
